Chuck Barris: Hey, I got an idea. If you aren’t so bad… why don’t you do it? Why don’t you kill the mole? You got a problem with killing, Jim?
Jim Byrd: I just don’t fit the profile.
Chuck Barris: What fucking profile? There is no fucking profile.
Jim Byrd: Okay, there’s no profile.
Chuck Barris: There’s no profile.
Jim Byrd: Okay.
Regi: George Clooney. Med Dick Clark, Sam Rockwell, Michelle Sweeney. Chuck Barris blev känd som den uppfinningsrike producenten av TV-shower som ”The dating game” och ”The Gong Show”. Samtidigt var han lönnmördare åt CIA, som såg till att Barris kunde kombinera sina shower med sitt hemliga liv.
Vinnarna skickades på drömsemester till ”fantastiska Helsingfors” eller ”romantiska Västberlin”, där ”förklädet” Barris kunde passa på att utföra sina hemliga uppdrag. Det låter som en stor fet lögn, men är faktiskt rena rama sammningen. I alla fall enligt Barris själv.
